Our goal is to become the biggest Property Club globally helping people to buy fractional property in countries all over the world. We aim to achieve this over the next 3 years. Helping people to buy property fractionally that earns them rental income and a share in capital appreciation is our key to helping millions of people start building wealth.
To help us achieve this, we are creating a Piptle Ecosystem that combines several exciting platforms that will help to innovate real property opportunities. It is our goal to make it easy to buy fractional property for anyone. Providing several ways to do this from sharing directly on title, to buying a rent paying token on our property digital assets marketplace, to buying shares in an investment fund. What is most important is that we help people to get into buying property early.
As a member of Piptle you will be issued our own digital currency PPTL when you join us. The PPTL token will be able to use towards paying for real estate services provided by any of our Piptle Agents, for reducing any property trading fees, and you will be able to use PPTL also on Piptle.store for buying products and services from our community members. What we look forward to most of all is PPTL being used towards part payment in buying property assets as we build our PIPTLE brand globally.
As a Piptle Club Member (“PCM”) and licensee within the Piptle Community you can earn an income also from building a network of people that are interested in buying, selling and in trading in property assets. We will reward you every time someone you have referred purchases or sells a property traditionally or even fractionally. You will also earn rewards in many other ways.
The annual membership fee for all Piptle Club Members is AUD$88. This will provide you with access to our community, educational information on how to build a property portfolio, courses on blockchain, access to webinars, and ability to setup your own Piptle.store marketplace platform to sell goods and services through and in the future property.
Once you become a Piptle Club Member, you can upgrade your access by purchasing an affiliate license we are offering – this will provide you access to additional training courses, more property support services, the ability to have more features activated in our Piptle.store and affiliate income earning opportunities. You will also get more PPTL tokens!
It is important that you clearly understand that earning income on our platform is related to your sales activity, and not just from any investment related activities.
The Piptle tokens (PPTL) you are issued, as part of your membership subscription and purchase of our education packages are for you to use in our economy as a currency. We will be working diligently towards eventually having the currency listed on a number of cryptocurrency exchanges. We have PPTL already listed on our own exchange www.PIPX.io.
The big opportunity that we offer, in the Piptle Community, is the ability to combine efforts and resources with other members, to earn income through leveraging efforts, and building a referral network and helping work with each other to do property transactions.
